About Craft Fairy

Hi! My name is Julia, welcome to my website, Crafty Fairy!

Crafty Fairy was initially created in 2007, when I sold mostly personalised embroidered baby blankets. I then had 2 girls, and life got a bit hectic! So, after switching the website off for a holiday in 2014, I didn't switch it back on until 2020, when I made and sold masks for a few months. Now, in 2024, I have eventually stocked the website and made it live again. I did consider changing the name, because 16 years on I feel more of an old hag than a fairy 😀 But, I'll always be crafty, and it probably would have taken another 10 years to find a unique and suitable name, so here we are, Crafty Fairy.

I am also the co-owner of The Gothic Shop, which was established in 2006. I've been printing alternative mugs, tumblers, passport covers, tins, etc for awhile now. Recently I started printing tumblers, mugs, tins and keyrings for our local cheerleading club, and for friends and family. Most of the items are printed on our premises, except for the beach towels which are printed by our trusted supplier.
