Once printed, personalised items are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. So please be sure to check all spellings and details before you checkout.

According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a right to return your purchases for a refund or replacement. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and the item must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving the item. However, we do not accept returns of personalised items, unless they are faulty. If the item is faulty please contact us by email first, as we may be able to accept photo evidence of the fault to save sending the item back. If faulty we refund 2nd class postage.

Returns must be returned to us at your expense to the address below.

Please include a note with the reason for return, the order number, and your details. Returns must be unused, in their original packaging. Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us to prevent damage, and that the goods are packaged adequately.

Once the item is received by us we can either replace the item or we will refund the cost of the item.

Refunds/replacements are usually processed within 2 working days after receipt of the item.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
