This member of the cabin crew is printed on both sides, standing next to a navy suitcase. His hair style, beard, and hair, skin and eye colours are customisable, the options of which can be viewed in the photos and selected from the dropdown menus. You can also choose glasses or sunglasses. The mug also features little planes and a plane route diagram.
